YFOS25 reached audiences on five continents, with families, schools and lifelong story lovers logging in from living rooms, classrooms, care homes and kitchen tables. Thousands joined live. Thousands are still returning on replay. And across the week, the chat was alive with people connecting across borders, backgrounds and time zones.

What a week. ❤️
Two weeks ago, YFOS reminded us why stories matter. The way they connect strangers, calm busy minds, spark courage, and open doors we didn’t even know were there.
From packed sessions in Settle to thousands joining us online, the festival was full of moments we’ll carry with us. Children leaning in. Teachers telling us their classrooms felt different. People sharing memories. New voices stepping forward. And audiences from across the world gathering to listen together.

From Friday’s stories of courage, to a packed Saturday of workshops, family adventures and unforgettable performances - the Yorkshire Festival of Story has filled hearts and screens around the world.
We closed on Sunday with laughter, reflection and community, as storytellers and audiences came together, from Settle to around the world, to celebrate the courage it takes to keep believing in hope.

Membership costs £30 and provides access to Catch Up recordings of most of the streamed content from the festival.
